Its this time of the year where we all want to get into a better shape after indulging over the holidays. Some diet, other detox, I personally prefer to work out hard instead!
Wil Torres, owner of WillSpace has been training me for the last 6 months and I am in a better shape than ever. Much better than before my pregnancy. Therefore, I wanted to share with you all some of our favorite work out moves to get back in shape and be stronger.
