MOTHER LOVER: THE NEW NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION RAISING ATTENTION ON AMERICA’S MATERNITY HEALTH THROUGH ART

This Mother’s Day, Frankie Shop is joining Mother Lover in their awareness campaign and launching a limited edition t-shirt available exclusively at Frankie Shop.

In 2019, American women are 50% more likely to die of childbirth related causes than their own mothers were, and black mothers are three to four times more at risk than their white peers. Statistically, the US is both the most expensive and the most dangerous place in the developed world to give birth. 
This has to stop.

Mother Lover is a non-profit organization founded by Paula Goldstein and Rebecca Dayan. One of their missions is to bring attention to America’s maternal health crisis through the arts. The upcoming documentary Born Free is the first project supported by the organization.
