Two weeks ago, we showcased one of my favorite ways to get back in shape, boxing, which I practice twice a week at Willspace with my trainer, Jenn Lopez. I have become addicted to this work out as it not only a great way for me to tone my body, but also to unwind and let go off the steam while having a great time!
In this second video is mostly about kickboxing, my favorite way to work out my butt and thighs while getting a great cardio work out!
