Ballet Beautiful Post Baby Work Out

Every year, I attend the Victoria Secret Show (In case you have missed this year’s show that aired Tuesday on CBS, you can catch it up here!) It is not only fun seeing the girls having so much fun on stage with their contagious energy, but looking at their bodies is always a great incentive to hit the gym! Especially last year, when I saw moms Lily Aldridge and Alessandra Ambrosio showing off their perfect bodies just a few months after having babies. We all had our babies a month a part, but needless to say that my abs were far from being as flat as theirs, and I have to admit, I got a bit jealous! So when I met Lily for the first time, I had to ask her what her secret was and she mentioned Ballet Beautiful. Then, I kept hearing about Ballet Beautiful and its amazing founder, Mary Helen Bowers.

I started ballet beautiful just a couple of months ago and I have to say, it completely changed my body– it is actually better than it was pre-baby (a mix of Ballet Beautiful two or three times a week plus two boxing session a week at Will Space with Will Torres got my body back, and actually better than ever!)
