J.Crew Crew Cuts collaborates with the Natural History Museum

The American Museum of Natural History holds a collection of quintessentially classic exhibits so it seemed only fitting that J. Crew would team up with the New York institution to create a limited edition line of graphic tees for J. Crew’s Crewcuts. The J. Crew team was given special access to the curator’s archives to draw inspiration for the tees. “It was an honor to be the first brand able to go through these historic archives,” says Crewcuts designer Jenny Cooper. The resulting six designs for kiddos are based off of some of the museums most iconic exhibits like the Hall of Saurischian Dinosaurs, with its famous T Rex display, and the Rose Center for Earth and Space. We hope that these great t-shirts will be a source of pride and inspiration for the young scientists who wear them,” says Sharon Shulberg, Senior Director of the museum’s business development. Pick up one of the designs on J. Crew’s website or The Museum Shop online. Perhaps it’ll inspire a field trip with your little ones.
