Razzle – Dazzle Ruby

Okay, so summer is finally approaching I know, but I couldn’t resist this beautiful pop up book by illustrator, neighbor, and Romy and The Bunnies contributor Masha D’yans.

“Razzle -Dazzle Ruby” by the Russian-born New York artist perfectly represents the poetic mood vintage Russian fairy tales and illustrations used to evoke in me. It has this soft, romantic, and melancholic feel that I’ve always loved, and despite being a winter fairy tale, I enjoy reading it to Romy all year long.

Masha is also well known for her greeting cards, calendars, and even apparel (check out her baby onesies!).
