Morning Smoothie

When I was pregnant, I wanted to make absolute sure that I took great care of myself and my growing baby. So I would regularly make this smoothie that consisted of pineapple, kale, organic banana, organic coconut oil, and Omega-3 oil. It was delicious, but more importantly, it allowed my baby and I to get all the good nutrients right from the start of the day, in just one simple drink!
