Lemon Ginger Dressing

Lemon Ginger Dressing

A staple in the fridge, this dressing is an absolutely delicious addition to any salad your heart desires. Lemons have hundreds of enzymes, making them a powerfully restorative food for the liver. Lemon and ginger are a super-duo, improving digestion as well as lymph and blood circulation, which is absolutely vital to having a radiantly healthy body.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 – 2 lemons, peeled and juiced
  • 1 two inch piece ginger root, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons shoyu soy sauce
  • 1 fresh garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • 3 tablespoons unpasteurized miso
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • Mix all ingredients well and enjoy!

*In order for this to be medicinal and healing, make sure to use shoyu soy sauce and not regular, unpasteurized miso, and honey that is raw and uncooked.
