Last week we shared with you Part 1 of our work out series with Ballet Beautiful’s Mary Helen Bowers and Lily Aldridge. Today, we are excited to share Part 2! One of the great things about Ballet Beautiful is how easy the exercises are to do at home. Granted the movements themselves work your muscles to the core, but you’ll see results immediately – a longer, leaner body that is strong but above all, still feminine.
